There is no drinking of alcohol permitted within our vehicles and if caught doing so, customers will be requested to refrain immediately to avoid further actions. Drinking alcohol on board our vehicles does not comply with local laws or our Public Liability.
If the customer continues to disregard the request to refrain from drinking alcohol, acting unruly or disturbing others on board the vehicle then Elevate Wine Tours will stop the tour immediately and arrange for a taxi to have the customer/s dropped back to their pick up location at the cost to the customer.
No refunds will be given to those customers in the event the tour is stopped for these reasons mentioned.
Legislation requires that seat belts must be worn at all times.
Customers must be able to prove they are over 18 years to consume alcohol at wineries using approved identification.
Strictly no smoking inside the vehicle or inside the venues visited.
Wineries do not have BYO licenses therefore you may not bring you own alcohol for consumption.
Individuals are responsible for any damage inflicted on our vehicles. Any damage inflicted to the vehicle by patrons will be paid in full by them within seven (7) days including a cleaning fee of no less than $100.
Wineries have the right to refuse service and refuse admission. Elevate Wine Tours will not be held responsible for any damage caused intentionally or otherwise to people or property/venues and the passengers and / or organiser will be held liable to cover any additional costs incurred.

Elevate Wine Tours recommends you have adequate travellers insurance that covers illness, delays, loss of property etc.
Getting ready to depart on your tour:
We require your pick-up point address at least 24 hours prior to departure. There is no refund for passengers who miss the bus because they changed their pick-up location and did not inform us or failed to arrive at the pick-up location for the scheduled departure time. No responsibility is taken for passengers leaving pick up locations if our vehicles are not present at the scheduled departure time.
Fire Safety Procedures:
During the summer months, when days are rated as ‘Extreme’ or ‘Code Red’ by the CFA some wineries may choose to close the property to all visitors. The decision is usually made the day before, but can happen at short notice. Elevate Wine Tours reserves the right to alter the itinerary if this occurs or cancel the tour in the event of extreme weather conditions and bush fires.
Winery restaurants have an Allergens Menu and can accommodate most dietary requests: Vegetarian, gluten free, nut free, dairy free, fructose free and seafood / crustacean free. Please advise when booking your tour.
Bringing the kids on a private tour?
Winery tours are specifically designed for adults. Our vehicles are not equipped with appropriate ‘child’ restraints. Children 14 years or older may join a tour at adult prices at the discretion of management. Parent or legal guardian must accompany all children. No alcohol is to be consumed by minors (under 18 years of age) while on an Elevate Wine Tour.
Gift certificate valid for 12 months from date of issue. They are not redeemable after expiration date. Always subject to tour availability. Redemption bookings must be made at least one week from the required travel date.
Other Important Conditions:
Tour variations and cancellations may occur due to extreme weather conditions, vineyard closures and last minute changes received from vineyards or traffic disruptions. If any of these circumstances should arise, Elevate Wine Tours will revise the itinerary to impact as little as possible on the remainder of the tour. If the tour is cancelled completely, Elevate Wine Tours will try to re-book the clients for a date convenient to both parties, or refund monies in full.
We reserve the right to alter any part of the itinerary without notice.
We reserve the right to use alternate vehicles and operators where required.
Every effort is made to provide the best touring experience, but no liability is accepted for any illness, injury, delay, inconvenience, loss or damage whilst on tour.
