COVID-19 Update

23rd August 2020

Whilst we are currently not operating wine tours due to COVID-19 restrictions, you can still contact us at anytime to discuss future plans. We hope to relaunch again in October 2020. 🤞

To assist with securing your preferred future tour dates, we have reduced our booking deposits to just $100.

We realise that due to the ongoing changes with covid-19 restrictions it can sometimes be difficult to proceed with your tour and may be completely out of your hands. We will work with you to adjust numbers and if necessary refund your deposit or full payments where there is no other alternative.

In the meantime, please take care of yourselves, friends and family and we look forward to hosting you all soon for some delicious wine, food and fun times. 😀🍷

COVID-19 FAQs

Are you currently operating?
No, due to the latest Victorian Government announcements on 07/07/20, we are not currently running tours. Whilst this is disappointing, we are happy that people’s safety is being prioritised. We anticipate that we will be conducting tours again in September 2020.
How many people can we have in our group?
To assist with driver and passenger distancing, we are limiting our seating to the rear of the vehicle only. The front seats will not be able to be used.

This means our 11-seater Mercedes-Benz will be reduced a capacity of just 10 in the rear and our Volkswagen 6 seater van will be reduced to just 5 people in the rear.

Therefore the maximum group size we can now cater for is 10 people.

We are also not running public tours at this point in time to help minimise the spread of transmission to unknown parties.

Are there many wineries open?
No, due to stage 3 restrictions being implemented again. No venues will be open to the public for wine tastings, however some may be open to retail only for locals.
What is Elevate doing to help keep us safe?
Our vehicles are being completely sanitised after each tour group. We are also using hospital grade (non-toxic) disinfectant, which provides a long-lasting, invisible biostatic barrier that prevents the growth of mould, mildew, fungus, algae, bacteria and viruses. (up to 100 days protection)

Every tour guest will also need provide contact details at the start of each day before boarding the vehicle. This will help us with contact tracing should it be required.

What happens to our deposit if we need to cancel due to restrictions or illness?
We will be as flexible as possible with you in these difficult times. We have reduced our deposit to just $100 to secure your booking. Should you find that you cannot tour due to illness, we are happy to adjust your numbers or cancel your tour with a full refund if required.

If new Government restrictions prohibit you from touring due to lockdowns etc, we will also offer a full refund.

If some unforeseen circumstances arise, please let us know at your earliest possible convenience.
